Throughout November and in cultural institutions across Liverpool, Homotopia will be presenting yet another packed programme of art and culture reflecting the LGBT experience including; visual art, theatrical world premieres and contemporary dance.
Since it’s debut in 2014, Homotopia has quickly become the UK’s foremost LGBT art and cultural festival that uses vibrant creativity to entertain whilst spreading an important message of acceptance. Liverpool will be joining forces with our Wirral neighbors for a special Bonfire Night celebration.
For the first time, River of Light will be taking place on Liverpool’s Waterfront where a mid-river firework display will captivate the cords on both sides of the Mersey, with some added extras turning it into one of the most ambitious fireworks events in the country.
Celebrations will begin with street entertainers, fire dancers, circus performers and flow arts promoters performing across four city centre locations.
