Revolution! WoWFest 2017
1st May – 31st May
Writing on the Wall is part of the National Arts Portfolio and is the longest standing literature festival in Liverpool.
The festival runs for the whole of May and typically culminates around 35 events.

The Vamps
Friday 5th May
UK boy band The Vamps bring their world tour to Liverpool Echo Arena this May.

Mnozil Brass: Cirque
Friday 5th May
A cross between a musical Mr Bean and Monty Python, Mnozil Brass are possibly the world’s strangest brass ensemble.
“Cirque” is the newest escapade of the Viennese septet.

My First Ballet: Cinderella
Friday 5th – Saturday 6th May
English National Ballet return to Liverpool Empire Theatre with a family friendly performance of Cinderella!

Professor Brian Cox Live
Saturday 6th May
Professor Brian Cox will be returning to Liverpool this May.
After impressing audiences last October, the world-renowned physicist brings his show to Liverpool Echo Arena.

Liverpool Disco Festival 2017
Saturday 6th May
The first Liverpool Disco Festival of 2017 is taking place this May.

Former Genesis guitarist Steve Hackett and his band return with a new Genesis solo set along with big favourites.

Monday 8th May
One of the most influential singer-songwriters all time comes to Liverpool this May.

Billy Elliot – The Musical

Wirral Live 2017

Kicking off this year’s event at Prenton Park are ska legends Madness on Friday 19th May. UK indie heroes The Libertines will take to the stage on Saturday 20th May.
