The world famous musical and prequel to The Wonderful Wizard of Oz is flying back into the Liverpool Empire Theatre for the month of March. There’s limited availability on tickets already, so grab yours here quick!
St. Patrick’s Day – Saturday 17th March
St. Patrick’s Day (or Paddy’s Day) in Liverpool is one of the highlights of the year and wherever you decide to go you can be rest assured there’ll be a fantastic atmosphere. The St. Patrick’s Day parade with live bands playing traditional Irish music is not to be missed! The parade will begin at 1pm at Great Orford Street. For more info click here.
For those wanting a livelier day… grab your Guinness hat and green t-shirt and head over to Mathew Street where Mccooley’s and other traditional Irish bars will be bustling with tourists and locals looking to celebrate throughout the day.
Feast of Fire
This Easter break brings a must-see family spectacular to Liverpool St John’s Gardens – The Feast of Fire. The brand new mini-festival experience will allow visitors to get up close to fire-fuelled sculptural installations, along with a live performance soundtrack and even fire themed food and drink!
